"Where is my KSRTC" refers to the Android app (the "App"), which does the actual bus tracking, and this website, which is informational only — app details, support links, and these legal pages. By using either, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Where is my KSRTC is an independent, unofficial project. It is not built, endorsed, sponsored, or operated by Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) or by any third-party live-transit data provider. "KSRTC" and any related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe the transit system the App tracks, not to claim affiliation.
The App shows bus positions, routes, and stop ETAs as published on a public live-transit data feed, and lets you optionally share your own bus's crowd-sourced position with other riders while on a journey (see the Privacy Policy for details). It does not sell tickets, does not set schedules, and does not operate any vehicle.
Positions, ETAs, delays, and stop information are estimates drawn from live GPS feeds and can be late, missing, or wrong — vehicles go out of service, GPS signals drop, and traffic is unpredictable. Do not rely on the App as your only source for time-critical travel; always allow buffer time and confirm with the operator when it matters.

Journey tracking and position sharing are opt-in features you start and stop yourself. They are provided for convenience and situational awareness only, are not a safety system, and should not be relied on for emergencies. Full data-handling detail is in the Privacy Policy.
The App shows advertising. Some of it is served by Google AdMob; some is sponsored placements for local businesses, shown as clearly-labelled pins on the map and cards in the Nearby list. Every sponsored placement is marked “Sponsored” wherever it appears.
A sponsored placement is a paid advertisement. It is not a transit service, not a recommendation from us, and not endorsed by KSRTC or any operator. We do not verify an advertiser's goods, prices, opening hours, or claims, and we are not a party to any dealing between you and an advertiser — if something goes wrong with a purchase, that is between you and that business. Sponsored placements never change which buses, routes, stops, or ETAs the App shows you.
Advertisers are told how many times a placement was seen and tapped, and how many separate devices that represents. They are never given your location, your device identifiers, or anything else that identifies you — see the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy of data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainer of the App is not liable for any missed bus, missed connection, delay, loss, or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including from inaccurate or unavailable data.
The App may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
